They needed a look that showcased the depth of their expertise and the heart behind their service. Ideally it would balance professionalism with personality, and feel welcoming but elevated.

The Solutions
We started with a discovery workshop to dig into what makes Lucette so loved within the community. From the start, it was clear: this wasn’t a get-in-and-get-out salon. At Lucette, they listen. They care. They believe caring for yourself is a necessity, not a splurge. More importantly, they believe it should be a ritual, not a rarity.
Their strategy reflected the business’ essence at the core. The optimal value proposition clearly mapped out the desires of Lucette’s target audiences. Their brand personality was defined as the Creator and the Lover; an intimate and exciting pairing. The overall theme of the brand was determined to be: Shining Your Inner Light.
