General Responsibilities

• Collaborate with co-founders and sales to determine project scope, timeline, and record any client expectations.
• Establish a timeline and monitor the progress throughout the project.
• Identify and resolve issues that arise.
• Create resources for an improved client experience.
• Ensure satisfaction among clients and team members.
• Track project costs in order to meet budget.
• Host project recaps with the team to learn and improve.
• Stay updated with ongoing project management trends and needs.

• Previous project manager experience
• Familiar with the branding industry (or other creative service)
• Proficient with Google Drive tools
• Familiar with ClickUp, Honeybook, or Quickbooks
• PR or client account experience or skills
